ACUSTRIP® ANNOUNCES A NEW PRODUCT ACU1540 A NEW TEST FOR CORROSION, AND BOIL OVER PROTECTION

Mountain Lakes, NJ (May 1999) ACUSTRIP® Company, Inc. developer and manufacturer of automotive engine test kit systems, has introduced its Product ACU1540 Antifreeze Coolant test, as part of the firm's expanding product line. All ACUSTRIP products are designed to give user-friendly, quick and on the spot test results with superior accuracy.

Product ACU1540, especially designed for light and medium duty automotive, truck, and marine engines, is used to check PG, EG, and extended life antifreeze coolant to determine freeze point, boilover, and corrosion protection levels. The prepackaged lit includes all necessary materials, is compact, and easy to use. Users simply dip a test strip into a sample of the vehicle's coolant. The test strip changes color based on the condition and concentration of the coolant. The user then compares the strip to a chart that translates the colors to the actual coolant condition values.

The ultimate benefit to vehicles, DIY'ers and fleet managers is the ability to maintain cost and efficiency.
