Acustrip Introduces MyAcutrack
Denville, NJ (26 July, 2016) - ACUSTRIP Company, Inc announces the availability of AcuTrack, a service available to maintenance providers and vehicle owners that keeps track of a vehicle's entire inspection process history. The online service is compatible with a wide range of devices including laptops, tablets and smartphones and provides easy access to a vehicle's complete diagnostic history.
According to Acustrip CEO, Ron Schornstein, one guaranteed way of driving up car counts - and sales - is by providing customers with the option to service their vehicles while the vehicle is on location rather than solely offering a future appointment. This is why shops should staff in a way that allows them to at least perform a standard inspection for a customer. Imagine the additional value when the inspection results show a trend of the key performance indicators from prior services done at this location or even better yet, from inspections done at any service location the car has been to. Top advisers realize that the ability to demonstrate a vehicle's condition and make recommendations in a face-to-face situation results in a greater probability of both turning the visit into a service and earning a customer for life. Studies have shown that the amount spent by customers who indicated that they had additional recommended work done is $277 compared with $171 by those whose service adviser did not recommend such work. The customer also appreciates the visual evidence of the diagnostic evaluation and the elimination of an extra visit. Learn more about AcuTrack by visiting www.MyAcuTrack.com.
