Introduction
 The ACU1005 Complete Test Kit is designed to be an all-in-one kit for both auto and truck coolant testing. The kit can be used for either conventional and long-life coolant.
Fast and accurate results of nitrite freeze point, molybdate, pH, and reserve alkalinity are easily determined. Recommended service
action is based on the engine and supplemental inhibitor manufacturers'
specifications. Regular testing of antifreeze coolant minimizes downtime
and its associated cost.
The specific contents of the kit are:
- One bottle of 50 3-way HD strips (ACU3001M)
- One bottle of 50 3-way Long-Life HD strips (ACU3001MR)
- One bottle of 50 3-way regular strips (CTS-3)
- One bottle of 70 2-way auto strips (ACU1550-C)
- Test vial and syringe

SAFETY WARNING: REMOVAL OF RADIATOR CAP IS DANGEROUS
Radiators are under pressure. Hot coolant under pressure can cause severe burns.
Do not remove the radiator cap on a hot engine. Wait until the temperature is
below 50° Celsius (120° Fahrenheit) before removing the cap. Failure to wait may
result in personal injury from hot coolant spray or steam. Remove cap slowly to
relieve all pressure. |
Dispose of your used test strip with normal paper waste.
Dispose of your used antifreeze coolant in accordance with local regulations.
